(2015 - Partnership project) VEDECOM institute is an innovative group specialized in transportation research. Once they designed a autonomous vehicle, the group planned to make it a public transportation service between a railway station and an industrial zone, so they asked us to design the service around this transportation. The railway station is located in a complex geographic context, where it’s difficult to find a path until the VEDECOM zone dedicated to its own station (map on the right). We decided to design a footbridge above the rails, leading straight to the station, that guides its visitors thanks to a signal lighting system for each line, and a roof made of several beams, working as guidelines for the new users. We also designed reservation system which learns from its user, to make his journey easier, comfortable and intuitive..
